Executive Assistant I

One of Airetel Staffing's valued clients is looking for an Executive Assistant I located in Phoenix, AZ or Remote. This Executive Assistant role will support two Vice Presidents within the Web & Mobile Engineering Team, along with their global organizations. The position is highly proactive and central to keeping the team organized, efficient, and aligned in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Responsibilities include managing complex calendars across multiple time zones and adjusting quickly to changing priorities. Other duties include coordinating meetings, travel, logistics, and team operations; supporting recruitment scheduling and other ad hoc duties; and maintaining organizational materials such as team calendars, org charts, and distribution lists, etc.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable handling multiple competing priorities. They should have strong judgment, professionalism, communication skills, and experience supporting senior leaders in a large global company. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, macOS, and Slack are also important.
