Job description

Inventory Control Associate – Overnight - Full-Time + OT

Sally Beauty Holdings – Distribution Center

Location: 4309 Janitrol Rd., Columbus, OH 43228
Conveniently located near I-270 on the west side of Columbus

This is an on-site position. Candidates must be able to work at our Columbus distribution center. Remote work is not available.

This role focuses on inventory accuracy within the distribution center, including cycle counting, product verification, and system updates. This is a detail-driven position in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Previous experience operating lift equipment (such as cherry pickers, forklifts, or similar warehouse equipment) is required for this role.


Schedule

  • Overnight Shift (Full-Time)
  • Sunday–Wednesday
  • 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Overtime available

Position Overview

The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting warehouse operations through counting, tracking, and resolving discrepancies. This role plays a key part in ensuring product accuracy across all warehouse functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
  • Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse systems
  • Verify product locations and quantities
  • Support receiving, stocking, and replenishment processes
  • Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory
  • Assist with inventory investigations and special projects
