Part-Time Executive Assistant

A well-established professional services company is seeking a part-time executive assistant to provide administrative and office support to company leadership. This is a great opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling confidential information.

Pay Rate: $20–$26/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–2:00 PM

Job Type: Part-Time

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative, clerical, receptionist, and executive support to company leadership.
  • Greet clients and visitors and professionally handle incoming phone calls.
  • Create and edit documents, presentations, spreadsheets, forms, charts, and graphs using Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Conduct internet research and gather information as requested.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical files while ensuring confidential information is handled appropriately.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and other office activities.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, prepare purchase orders, and ensure supplies are properly stocked.
  • Assist with social media and marketing communications, including platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Operate office equipment including computers, phones, copiers, scanners, and binding equipment.
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, photocopying, scanning, mailing, and document preparation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for office tenants and assist with general office coordination.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Prior office or administrative experience required.
  • Associate degree or higher required.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, punctuation, and proofreading abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, vendors, and coworkers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, internet research, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Previous experience supporting executives or working in a professional services, engineering, or similar environment is a plus.
