• Lead executive travel technology - including high-security international deployments, advance logistics, and security briefings
• Design and execute event staffing models for executive off-sites, board meetings, and company moments
• Drive strategy and implementation of automation, AI-powered workflows, and tooling to scale executive support operations
• Build operational redundancy - document workflows, train secondary coverage, codify institutional knowledge
• Mentor and develop team members to expand team capability and enable parallel coverage
• Serve as EXE leadership redundancy (backup to Director) for operational continuity Travel up to 25% to support leadership events, off-sites, and residences globally
• Participate in a global on-call rotation with flexibility for evenings and weekends
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of 10+ years of IT/enterprise engineering experience
• 5+ years of direct experience supporting C-suite or equivalent executive population
• Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs with VP-level visibility and organizational impact
• Expert knowledge of enterprise IT architecture, network infrastructure, security principles, and cloud/SaaS environments
• Experience owning technical compliance processes (e.g., legal holds, data retention, eDiscovery)
• Demonstrated ability to serve as an integration point across 10+ cross-functional teams simultaneously
• Program management expertise - ability to own timelines, vendor relationships, procurement, and multi-month delivery schedules
• Experience with Google Workspace administration at an enterprise level (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, security controls)
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders
• History of defining and executing multi-year technical roadmaps and strategies
• Experience assessing and mitigating security threats in high-sensitivity environments
• Exceptional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and tooling
• Experience building AI-powered workflows or agents using LLMs, APIs, or automation platforms
• Experience with MDM platforms and zero-touch deployment at scale
• Expertise in video conferencing technologies and AV systems for executive environments
