  • Build Scalable Online Systems: Design and maintain robust APIs and backend services that handle high-volume, real-time interactions, keeping Disneyโ€™s digital experiences fast, reliable, and magical.
  • Performance: Ensure systems run smoothly under heavy load, maintaining low latency, high availability, and seamless scalability.
  • Collaborator: Work closely with engineers, designers, and external partners, share knowledge, mentor junior team members, and help shape best practices.
  • Strategic Problemโ€‘Solver: Think ahead, identify potential issues early, and develop practical solutions that make a real impact.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven Expertise: strong track record of building and maintaining complex online systems at scale.
  • Technical Leadership: skilled in highโ€‘performance server development and API design, with the ability to guide architectural decisions.
  • Languages: adaptable to any programming language required for the task; experience in Go is a plus.
