Job Title: Power Platform & SharePoint Online Developer

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid) local under 50 miles
Duration: Contract

All visa no H1, opt

Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint Online development/admin, workflow automation, M365 integration, Drupal migration, HTML/CSS, and enterprise-level governance & security.
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Power Platform & SharePoint Online Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-level automation solutions and intranet environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power Automate, SharePoint Online administration, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Power Platform Development

  • Design, build, and deploy Power Platform solutions to automate business processes
  • Convert PDF forms into Microsoft Forms, including redesign, testing, and integration
  • Integrate Microsoft Forms with Power Automate workflows
  • Develop automated workflows with approvals, notifications, and SharePoint integration

SharePoint Online

  • Design and implement SharePoint Online intranet and HUB sites
  • Migrate content from Drupal CMS (v10.6.2+) to SharePoint Online
  • Manage site collections, permissions, libraries, and lists
  • Maintain SharePoint security, governance, and best practices

Support & Collaboration

  • Resolve helpdesk tickets related to Power Platform and SharePoint
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Provide technical documentation, user training, and mentoring
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across solutions

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with workflow automation using Power Automate
  • 5+ years of SharePoint Online development and administration
  • Strong experience with custom workflows, lists, and integrations
  • Experience managing enterprise-level Microsoft 365 SharePoint environments
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and SharePoint customization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or SharePoint Online
  • Experience with CMS migration (Drupal to SharePoint preferred)
