Job description

We are seeking an R & D Mechanical Engineer to investigate technical problems, develop practical solutions, and contribute to product or process improvements through focused, high-quality engineering work. This role is well suited for someone who works independently, applies careful technical judgment, and produces accurate, well-documented results in a structured environment.
Core Responsibilities
  • Design, test, and refine mechanical product or process concepts through hands-on research and engineering analysis.
  • Investigate technical issues, evaluate root causes, and recommend solutions based on data and documented findings.
  • Plan and conduct mechanical testing, analyze results, and communicate conclusions and recommendations.
  • Build, review, and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, test plans, test records, development notes, and engineering reports.
  • Support product and process validation activities in accordance with established standards, procedures, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and operations partners to support development and implementation efforts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to strengthen product performance, reliability, manufacturability, or quality.
  • Maintain accurate engineering records and complete assigned work within established project timelines.
