About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Person to join the Team. This critical role combines strategic acquisition with dedicated account management to drive growth for high-value fleets and taxi associations. Your work will be essential in expanding the business in Mexico by building long-term, high-touch relationships with the most strategic partners, ensuring their successful acquisition, onboarding, and sustained growth. This temporary role will leverage a hyper-local, in-person approach and align closely with the operations and business development. What You'll Do: Identity and acquired high-value fleets/taxi associations through various methods like events, field recruiting, market intelligence, and lead segmentation. Maintain frequent communication via different channels with the assigned Accounts (Fleets) Solve fleet partner / taxi requests and escalations promptly, and follow up on recommendations being implemented Analyze and track performance trends and issues, proactively reach out and offer solutions on how to boost their efficiencies Be an expert in your area and go to person in your area of expertise - taxi Management Expand the taxi relationships in your area and acquire new cooperation partners Collaborate with different teams and key stakeholders (Operations, Business Development, Customer Support, etc.) Help to expand the taxi fleet partner relationships in your area and acquire new cooperation partners What You'll Need: English language - Basic; Spanish language - Fluent Previous experience, B2B, or Key account management, or customer-facing role experience. Strong communication skill,Solid analytical skills and attention to detail, ability to see the forest and the trees. Business Acumen: Understand the interrelationships of key operating metrics as well as the impact business decisions have on these metrics Be organized, determined, and possess a critical thinking ability Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish trust with internal/external stakeholders (Fleet Partners, Ops, and CommOps)
