Overview:

Blue Yonder is seeking a highly accomplished and strategically minded VP, Executive Advisor to support our Supply Chain Advisory organization. This role is designed for a seasoned leader who will drive meaningful impact across major SaaS pursuits, elevate customer engagement, and contribute to the development of transformative supply chain strategies. Operating as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal teams, this leader will help shape deal strategy, deliver compelling solution narratives, and guide customers toward high value outcomes across complex, global engagements.

What you will do:

  • Industry & Solution Expertise: Apply deep understanding of supply chain trends, technologies, and best practices to deliver targeted advisory support and guide customers toward impactful transformation opportunities.
  • Strategic Value Articulation: Develop and communicate differentiated value propositions that strengthen Blue Yonder's competitive position and support the pursuit of large SaaS opportunities.
  • Customer Advocacy & Engagement: Demonstrate strong customer ownership by anticipating needs, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment between customer objectives and Blue Yonder's solution strategy.
  • Solution Design & Content Development: Contribute to the creation of innovative solution approaches, strategic narratives, and thought leadership materials that address the operational challenges of global organizations.
  • Operational Insight & Advisory: Leverage operational and functional expertise to advise customer stakeholders, ensuring recommendations are grounded in realworld execution and aligned with executivelevel priorities.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product, Value Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure cohesive strategy, unified messaging, and seamless execution across major pursuits.

What we are looking for:

  • Significant experience in supply chain, consulting, or relevant leadership roles within global organizations.
  • Demonstrated success supporting or contributing to large SaaS pursuits (ideally $1M+).
  • Ability to develop and refine solution concepts that address complex supply chain needs.

The salary range for this position is $164,396.00 to $220,187.00 USD

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
