Salary/Hourly Rate
$38/hr - $42/hr
Position Overview
Our client is looking for a polished, professional Temp Executive Assistant who thrives in high-touch, high-expectation environments. In this role, you’ll provide seamless support to a top-level executive, managing the day-to-day with discretion and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings a hospitality mindset, next-level organization, and a deep understanding of what it means to support at a high level.
Responsibilities Of The Temp Executive Assistant
  • Manage executive calendar, scheduling, and high-level correspondence with grace and efficiency.
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries.
  • Handle expenses, reporting, and confidential documents with the utmost professionalism.
  • Liaise with both internal teams and external partners—always representing the executive with polish.
  • Anticipate needs, troubleshoot proactively, and ensure no detail is overlooked.
  • Assist with special projects, event coordination, and internal communications.
Required Experience/Skills For The Temp Executive Assistant
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple executives.
  • Impeccable organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and modern collaboration tools.
  • Professional presence, discretion, and a “white-glove” service mindset.
Preferred Experience/Skills For The Temp Executive Assistant
