Executive Assistant II

Location: Atlanta, GA
Client: Georgia Power
Contract: 3 Years
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant II to provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior management within Georgia Power’s Forestry and Right-of-Way organization. This role requires strong organizational, communication, scheduling, and Microsoft 365 skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, travel, and event logistics.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, meeting notes, and action items.
  • Process department expenses using Oracle Cloud ERP.
  • Support timekeeping and time corrections using Oracle HCM.
  • Maintain ARCOs call-out data in coordination with department leadership.
  • Enter and maintain strategic planning information using Microsoft Teams and Planner.
  • Coordinate meetings, catering, locations, and technology logistics.
  • Support document formatting, file organization, PDF management, and SharePoint records.
  • Assist with employee and supplemental staff onboarding documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact between leadership, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • 2–5 years of experience with Microsoft 365, including:
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Microsoft Planner
    • Microsoft SharePoint
    • Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational, communication, proofreading, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and support multiple senior leaders.
Preferred
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot in a corporate environment.
  • Utility industry experience.
  • Forestry, Vegetation Management, or Right-of-Way experience.
