Our client is hiring a Temporary Executive Assistant (Financial Services) in New York, NY. This in-office role supports senior executives through calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document preparation while serving as a professional liaison with stakeholders. Ideal candidates bring executive support experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Responsibilities as the Temporary Executive Assistant (Financial Services):
  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to senior leaders, including scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
  • Calendar & Travel Management: Oversee complex calendars, arrange travel, prepare itineraries, and manage expenses.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and financial reports with accuracy.
  • Meeting Coordination: Organize meetings and board sessions, prepare agendas, track action items, and distribute materials.
