You are an excellent Executive Assistant with an interest in fashion and technology, and sustainability. You are resourceful and enjoy problem solving while managing heavy calendars on a daily basis. You are excited about working side by side with Technology and Sustainability leaders and proactively supporting their needs ranging from travel, expenses, scheduling meetings, assisting with team events, and so much more. You are a team player and a self-starter who can navigate a variety of working styles and problem solve effectively. You're also collaborative with a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under deadlines. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You also like to have a good time and a sense of humor is a plus!
A Day in the Life:
The typical day is... atypical. You might be scheduling/rescheduling important meetings, making travel arrangements, managing the calendars of multiple executives, sourcing venues for a team summer event, planning an offsite, processing expenses, attending meetings and taking notes, booking conference rooms, assisting with presentation preparation, and so much more. The consistent thread is that you'll be working with an amazing team of Technology leaders who rely on your support daily.

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 34.00 USD - 43.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.
