Blumenthal Health & Rehabilitation Center in Greensboro, NC is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in the role of Temporary/Seasonal Painter.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary/Seasonal Painter to assist with interior painting projects. The ideal candidate will prepare surfaces, apply paint and finishes, and maintain a clean and safe work environment while meeting project deadlines.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, and priming walls and other structures

  • Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, and rollers.

  • Protect surrounding areas with drop cloths, masking tape, and plastic coverings

  • Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment

  • Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times

  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met

  • Assist with moving furniture and setting up work areas as needed

What You Need

  • Previous painting or construction experience preferred

  • Ability to use painting tools and equipment safely and effectively

  • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship

  • Ability to stand, bend, climb ladders

  • Dependable with strong time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
