Job description

Terminal Operator Temporary / Seasonal

We are looking for a Temporary Seasonal Terminal Operator to join our Lacrosse, WI location. As a Temporary Seasonal Terminal Operator with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will oversee product receipt, storage, and shipment, while coordinating logistics with internal teams, customers, and transportation partners during our peak season. This assignment will complete 10/1/2026.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate rail and truck receiving, loading, and dispatch, maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Perform maintenance on equipment.
  • Collect product samples for quality assurance and report supply or quality issues.

About You

We Require:

  • A minimum of 1–year of industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing experience.
  • Experience inspecting and performing basic repairs on equipment.
  • Logistics or inventory management experience.
  • Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
