Position Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, driven Account Executive who can hit the ground running from Day 1. In this role, you will be on the front lines driving business growth—prospecting, pitching, and closing new client accounts that need high-volume temporary workforce solutions or direct-hire placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and pitch prospective corporate clients needing high-volume temporary staffing and direct-hire talent solutions.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead negotiations, build customized staffing proposals, close agreements, and expand account relationships.
  • Market Expertise: Apply industry-specific compliance knowledge and recruiting qualifications to align candidate profiles with client requirements.
  • Process Excellence: Adhere to all Talent Masters Staffing standards, protocols, and internal CRM/ATS operational workflows.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, ensuring continuous satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of successful Staffing Account Executive sales experience (Account Executive or Business Development Manager role).
  • Staffing Background (Highly Preferred): Prior experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is strongly desired to ensure immediate productivity.
  • Volume Staffing Expertise: Demonstrated success selling solutions for high-volume temporary labor and direct-hire talent needs.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of staffing-specific compliance, worker classifications, rate structures, and candidate qualifications.
  • Drive & Independence: Proven ability to self-prospect, manage a high-volume pipeline, and hit competitive sales quotas independently.
