The Advisory Assistant will perform a variety of tasks using their advisory platform. Primary task will be building models and entering proposal information in the system but could also include other tasks such as running reports. The Advisory Assistant must be proficient with MS Excel and have experience with Pivot Tables, a strong attention to detail, and a quick learner. Responsibilities include: • Processing operational work items and forms • Completing repetitive transaction-based workflows • Updating information across internal systems • Supporting conversion-related activities • Adapting to evolving procedures in a newer operational department • Working in a high-volume, task-oriented environment
