Job Overview

The Planet Group is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily operational and transaction-processing activities. The ideal candidate will have financial services experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume work accurately while meeting deadlines.


Responsibilities

  • Process daily departmental activities, including asset movement, account transfers, and new account setup and maintenance.
  • Process routine and complex transactions accurately, efficiently, and within required timelines.
  • Identify, interpret, and resolve potential issues proactively.
  • Follow established procedures independently to meet service-level agreements and quality metrics.
  • Learn and support various financial products, software, and systems.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.


Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 1+ year of Microsoft Office experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in the financial services industry.
  • 1+ year of experience processing work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
