About the Opportunity

A growing financial services organization in St. Cloud is seeking a detail-oriented Processor to join its operations team. This role is ideal for someone with office experience who enjoys working with financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting back-office operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing account-related transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing operational support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily operational activities, including:
    • Asset movements
    • Account transfers
    • New account setup and maintenance
  • Review and process routine and complex transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify, research, and resolve discrepancies or potential processing issues.
  • Follow established procedures to meet service level agreements and quality standards.
  • Utilize various financial products, software applications, and internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support operational workflows while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and service expectations.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an office environment.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office applications.

Pay and Benefits
