  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
  • Experience with US GAAP accounting standards in a public accounting or multinational public company setting.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems, including data flow and reporting.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with financial statement audits for public enterprise companies or a key player in close processes for a public company in the high tech industry.
  • Strong project management experience in navigating ambiguous and complex projects with engaging priorities with an ability to propose next steps, remove roadblocks and anticipate questions and issues early.

  • Maintain accountability for accuracy, timeliness and efficiency of accounting processes related to assigned areas, including Agreement Review, Revenue Operations, Profit and Loss (P&L) classification, Balance Sheet reconciliations and more.
  • Perform month-end close processes, including agreement review and preparing/posting journal entries. Prepare and present financials to management and support with any ad-hoc requests from cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a critical business partner to cross-functional stakeholders, providing value-adding expertise in accounting and financial reporting to support new or ongoing business initiatives and improve process efficiencies/scalability for continued operational excellence.
  • Lead initiatives to drive consistent scalable accounting processes, implement and maintain controls and procedures and lead efforts to improve process design, leveraging automation and AI where possible.
  • Support management decision-making through fluctuation analyses, the preparation of technical accounting memos, and support with quarterly and annual audits.
