Description
Pinnacle Partners Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting across investment entities, properties, and related businesses. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership of the numbers, stays ahead of deadlines, and can work independently with accuracy and confidence.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing cash flow, AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting across multiple accounts and entities.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $60,000-$65,000 (basic salary)

Responsibilities
• Manage daily AP/AR, cash flow, reconciliations, and financial transactions
• Maintain accurate books across investment entities and properties
• Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements
• Track mortgages, rental income, taxes, insurance, and recurring expenses
• Maintain accurate accounting records in Sage and Google Sheets
• Identify discrepancies and keep financial records current
Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
