Job description

The Flex Temp Fulfillment position may be responsible for picking product, verifying product that has already been picked and/or comparing it to the pick ticket. They may be responsible for checking quantities, titles and ISBN #'s that are on the pick ticket.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Check containers for damage, confirm correct items and quantities are selected.
  • Move completed orders to shipping area.
  • Confirm book titles, ISBN # and quantity of books matches the pick ticket.
  • Identify each tub or cart of books with the last three digits of the pick ticket and the quantity of carts or tubs (1 of 3, 2 of 3, etc.)
  • Checking and packing orders for any "LTL's" (less than truck load).

Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity & professionalism.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of standing.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
  • Safety shoes required
