Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Remote Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide support to our executive team and contribute to the overall success of our company. This is a part-time, remote position with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed

- Coordinate and arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries

- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports

- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and presentations

- Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and meetings

- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

- Complete various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing expense reports

- Provide general support to the executive team as needed

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
