Job Type: This job is 1099 Contracted Multi-Role "ON-CALL" Job Position. Schedule: As Available (Based on your availability, you make your own schedule when work is available). Hours: COULD be up to 10 Consecutive Hours/Day. Pay. You will be paid via a 1099 Payroll Check for work performed on a Weekly Basis (Mon-Sun) OR via Direct Deposit (No Cash Payments other than for gratuity). Overtime: Yes (up to 2 hours). Commission: You have an opportunity to make significant commission based on how many new clients you sign directly. Executive Transportation Specialist - Executive Concierge and Executive Assistant

Primary Duties
Before departing on a call, the Executive Transportation Specialist should perform the following duties:
• Consult maps or navigation devices for desired routes to and from assigned destination(s)
• Check the functionality of corporate issued equipment (cell phone, iPad/Tablet, and GPS/Navigation)
• Check traffic and weather reports for departure and destination location(s)
• Advise the employer and/or passenger(s) of potential or existing adverse conditions and suggest alternative routes or travel time adjustments based on your pre-research
• Conduct Online research for the existence of en-route and destination hotels, restaurants, airports, rest areas, tolls, points of interest
• Safety inspection and inventory of your assigned vehicle. Fill out all applicable Federal required documents prior to departure
• Clean (arrange the cleaning using corporate funds) the vehicles’ exterior and interior

Age
• Should be at least 25 years of age (wavier available)

Visual
• Must maintain a minimum visual acuity of 20/40 acuity with or without corrective lenses. (If your acuity is between 20/41 and 20/70, you will not be disqualified/dismissed for/from this job position; however, you will be limited to daylight driving only
• You must maintain at least 140 degree peripheral vision (the ability to see to the side), with or without corrective lenses
• If you wear telescopic lenses, you must inform the employer

Language
• Must be fluent in English and should be conversational in Spanish

Education
• Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) as a minimum education qualification
• Basic math skills (ability to demonstrate basic math skills will be observed)
• Ability to read and discern paper and electronic maps effectively
• A basic understanding of auto mechanics
• (Preferred) completion of a formal Defensive and/or All-Weather Driving Course

Experience
• Minimum of 9 years overall driving experience
• Proven track record of safe driving within the last two (2) years

Professionalism
• Executive Transportation Specialist and Executive Assistants are expected to be mannerly and courteous in all situations while on and off the job
• Good grooming and personal hygiene with clean and proper dress as instructed by the employer are expected
• Executive Transportation Specialist are required to identify themselves to each client (either by “in-place” name recognition placard(s) fixed inside the vehicle for public view, and/or by wearing a pre-arranged name tag (provided by Premier Executive Transportation Inc.) along with a standardized verbal introduction
• Calm, rational behavior and attitude under stressful driving conditions are attributes of a professional, as are refraining from inappropriate or abusive language and gestures

Executive Transportation Specialist are expected to maintain the following professional standards:
• Follow instructions and requests of the supervisor and the clients (passengers) without argument or complaint;
• Make no comment(s), engage or join in conversations between clients without a recognizable invitation;
• Never consume illegal drugs or misuse prescription drugs while employed with Premier Executive Transportation Inc.;
• Never consume prescription medication that inhibit cognitive or mechanical ability -- either on the job, while on call, or before a scheduled shift; it is illegal;
• Remain fully functional at all times (NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES DURING YOUR DRIVING WORK SHIFT OR 8 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR DRIVING WORK SHIFT)

Administrate and Executive Duties
• Premier Executive Transportation Inc. is responsible for payment(s) of vehicle and travel expenses and you may be provided with cash, credit card, company account numbers and/or expense reimbursement forms, it is your responsibility to maintain and enforce protocols to reinforce potential for loss, theft and misuse. As the Executive Transportation Specialist and Executive Assistant, you must acquire, retain and submit all receipts to the designated corporate financial representative and ensure that expenditures are authorized under the terms of employment services
• Executive Transportation Specialist and Executive Assistants are also responsible for keeping written travel logs containing mileage, locations, travel time, work hours, vehicle service entries and receipts
