Northrop Grumman is seeking an Executive Transportation Dispatcher at their Corporate Office located in Falls Church, VA.

Responsibilities include:

Executive Transportation

  • Schedule ground transportation services for Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Members, Board of Directors (BoD) and Vice Presidents

  • Prepare daily schedules for Executive Chauffeurs by 4:00pm ET

  • Arrange Executive Car Service to accommodate ELT members overflow in the Washington DC Metropolitan area & Nationwide including international travel

  • Monitor our Falls Church, VA Internal Business Services inbox for Transportation requests

  • Executive Assistants are to request ground transportation via Livery Coach booking tool

  • Livery Software Management System - Oversight & EA Training

  • Administrator - Providing usernames, passwords, system issues, & Assist System Developer Analyst

  • Livery for scheduling, chauffeur dispatching & software analysis

Administrative Support - Transportation & Reprographics Team

  • Order Office Supplies for Executive Transportation

  • Schedule Meetings & Conference Rooms for Team Meetings

  • Coordinating with Flik to place Catering Orders for Corp Admin & Team Staff meetings/shipping for all remote employees

  • Order new or replacement Equipment for team members

  • Concur Expense Support

  • Vendor Oversight - Invoices

  • Shared support / Overseeing VACO Commuter Solutions Program

  • VACO Shuttle Service ridership oversight

  • PowerPoint Metric Reporting for ET & Shuttle Services

  • IBuy for purchasing

  • IWO for Repro Colshire (SP) support

  • Collaborating with BM for invoice tracking/payment oversight (Bi-weekly PO meetings)

  • PowerPoint presentations for Transportation and Reprographics team

  • Pcard -Transportation /Repro annual deviation form

  • S-4 system oversight

Basic Qualifications for Level 4:

  • High School Diploma and 6+ years of relevant experience in administrative role

  • Experience in an administrative support role for senior management staff and personnel in a highly dynamic and fast-paced organization

  • Experience managing multiple calendars, scheduling meetings and managing resource and conference room availability

  • Experience generating reports using Microsoft Office and/or other tools

  • Candidates must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a DOD Secret level security clearance within a reasonable amount of time following hire as a condition of continued employment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Northrop Grumman administrative support procedures

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office suite of software such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Experienced in working with other NGC organizations' administrative support personnel

  • Experience in support of an aerospace defense contractor

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Primary Level Salary Range: $65,600.00 - $111,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
