All Weather Seal of West Michigan is hiring a Retail & Events Team Lead to support our growing Field Marketing team throughout the Grand Rapids region. In this role, you'll lead Marketing Representatives at retail partner locations, home shows, community events, and trade shows while helping generate qualified homeowner appointments for one of Michigan's leading home improvement companies. What You'll Do

As the Retail & Events Team Lead, you'll help lead and develop a team of Retail & Events Marketing Representatives while ensuring outstanding customer engagement and lead generation performance.


Team Leadership

  • Coach, mentor, and motivate Retail & Events Marketing Representatives
  • Lead by example through positive customer interactions and strong personal performance
  • Conduct daily coaching, team huddles, and on-site training
  • Help onboard and develop new team members
  • Foster a competitive, supportive, and accountable team culture

Retail & Event Operations

  • Oversee daily operations at retail partner locations, home shows, trade shows, and community events
  • Ensure booths, displays, and promotional materials are professional, organized, and customer-ready
  • Coordinate event setup, breakdown, staffing, and scheduling
  • Build positive relationships with retail partners, event coordinators, and community organizations
  • Maintain inventory of marketing materials and promotional displays

Performance Management

  • Monitor team lead generation, appointment-setting, and productivity metrics
  • Provide real-time coaching to improve customer engagement and results
  • Help the team achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
  • Maintain accurate reporting and CRM documentation
