Job description

Event staff assist with creating an inviting atmosphere by greeting customers and monitoring spaces to maintain safe, clean, and a positive environment.


Essential Duties:
Greets customers in a timely and friendly manner
Remains up to date on all valid forms of ID, rules, & exceptions
Checks and verifies customers identification
Understands and enforces company policies
Assists in security-like duties (crowd control, assisting bands, patrolling grounds)
Helps Hospitality staff close down at end of night
Assists with facility needs to ensure a clean and safe environment
Other duties as assigned


Education/ Experience/Skills:
Previous customer service experience preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older
Prior experience verifying ID's
TIPs certification
Ability to control crowds and handle unforeseen situations with a customer first focus
Strong interpersonal, and oral communication skills and comfortable addressing diverse groups
Should have strong work ethic and willingness to support other departments as needed


Physical Requirements:
Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, stoop, and kneel
Ability to frequently talk, hear, and smell
Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 55 lbs
Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls
Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus
Ability to work both indoor and outdoor in seasonal temperatures
Exposed to high noise levels
Percent of Travel: 0%-10%
Working Conditions: Office, Remote

Wage information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is Bell's and New Belgium's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position. The compensation offered to the successful applicant may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, or other position-related reasons.

Starting Wage Range:$21.00 per hour
