The Entry Level Sales Trainee is an important part of making sure we provide the most cohesive and advanced sales solutions for our clients.

Our entry-level team uses professional outreach and personalized strategies to ensure our clients remain top-of-mind in a competitive marketplace. This is more than just an entry-level role—it's the first step toward a rewarding career in sales, client services, and leadership. Entry Level Sales Trainees work directly with the Client Management teams and are the first to know any new developments within the client’s strategy.

Responsibilities:

● Communicate with customers in person to understand their preferences and solutions to suit their needs

● Close sales through clearly explaining the benefits of client products and services.

● Build Entry Level Sales Trainee expertise in client offerings, industry trends, and customer service best practices

● Collaborate with management and entry-level peers in regular training sessions to refine your sales approach and deepen your understanding of client goals

● Track and maintain accurate records of customer interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve Entry Level Sales Trainee outreach efforts

● Work towards achieving individual and entry-level team sales targets while upholding the highest standards of service
