Job description

As part of the Strategic Partnership Team within the Sales organization, the Sales Analyst will support the Partners Management team across customer-facing activity, performance analysis and operational execution.  This is an entry-level role designed for a motivated, detail-oriented professional eager to gain experience in partnerships, customer management and commercial strategy.  This role supports a fast-paced Partner Management team and provides exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams at Hertz. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly organized and takes pride in their work.

This position is required to be in office 3 days a week in either Atlanta, GA or Estero, FL.

This position starts at $60,000, commensurate of experience. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the preparation of customer presentations, including pitch decks, quarterly business reviews and executive briefings
  • Develop, disseminate, and present reports to clients and internal stakeholders on program performance to include brand, segments, distribution channel performance and market share
  • Conduct competitive scans and market research to inform partner conversations and strategic approach
  • Maintain and enhance existing reporting tools on an on-going basis to accommodate evolving business needs
  • Support special projects and ad-hoc support as business needs arise

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; preferably in Business, Marketing Analytics, or other quantitative related fields
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility and willingness to reprioritize to meet evolving business needs; ability to manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, including crafting compelling narratives in Power Point
  • Practical understanding of analytics
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; preferred advanced Excel functionality including Pivot Tables, Macros, and advanced/logic functions
  • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations
