Receptionist
Job Type: Temporary
Duration: 1-3 mos+/-.
Pay Rate: $21/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (may require occasional coverage 9am-6pm)
Our client, A real estate development and management company is in need of a Temporary Receptionist to start immediately.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the office, providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the front desk, handling incoming phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, receiving and sorting mail and packages and office clerical tasks
Prior experience with professional/business customer service or front-desk/reception required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry are required.
