About the Role

We are seeking an entry-level Receptionist to provide administrative support to our office staff and to administer efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.

This position is full time 9:00 am- 5:00 pm, on-site at our headquarters location in Santa Clara. This role is $25.00 an hour

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Perform general office duties, such as answering front desk phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors
  • Schedule weekly catering schedule as well as set up and clean up
  • Coordinate and order office supplies and equipment
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office staff
  • Travel bookings
  • Organizing, filing and scanning documents
  • Other duties as assigned
