Job Summary:
We are seeking a County Attorney Receptionist to join our team. The County Attorney Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and performing general administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
2. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.
3. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
4. Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
5. Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
6. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
7. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
