Part-Time Receptionist - Creve Coeur, Missouri (St. Louis Area)

Stange Law Firm, PC is accepting resumes for a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.
Our St. Louis-area headquarters is relocating from Clayton to our newly renovated Creve Coeur office on August 1, 2026, making this an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest family law firms in the country.
As the first point of contact for clients, prospective clients, and visitors, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for everyone who interacts with the Firm.
Position Details
  • Part-time position
  • Up to 29 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday
  • Hours between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • Starting pay: $16.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Welcome and greet clients, prospective clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and route incoming telephone calls efficiently and courteously.
  • Accept and process client payments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks and special projects.
  • Help ensure conference rooms and reception areas are prepared for client meetings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Firm leadership.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Typing speed of approximately 35 WPM or higher.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, hospitality, retail, banking, or law firm experience is a plus, but not required.
