LaSalle Network has partnered with a prominent, historic Chicago-based organization dedicated to managing substantial public assets and administering vital member benefits. We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to play a pivotal role in a major system modernization project.
In this role, you will develop clear, user-friendly documentation for a brand-new, enterprise-level pension administration system. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive user manuals, process guides, and training materials tailored for both internal staff and external users. The ideal candidate thrives on collaboration, working closely with business and technical teams to translate complex system functionality into accessible, easy-to-understand instructions.
