Responsibilities of the Import/Export Documentation Specialist:

  • Prepare and process import/export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely shipments
  • Track shipments and resolve any documentation or customs issues
  • Maintain accurate records and support audits as needed

Preferred Qualifications for the Import/Export Documentation Specialist:
