We are seeking Ocean Import 85% and Air 15% Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end international import freight operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on freight forwarding experience and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoys the latest technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all stages of international import operations from booking through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time execution.
  • Handle ocean import and some air import operations, including documentation preparation, coordination with overseas agents, and shipment execution.
  • Prepare and manage rate quotes for customers and international partners.
  • Coordinate and oversee consolidated cargo shipments.
  • Communicate regularly with overseas agents, carriers, trucking companies, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, shipping laws, and internal procedures.
  • Proactively resolve shipment issues to minimize delays or service disruptions.
  • Support customer relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and issue resolution.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with a freight forwarding company handling ocean import and some air import operations from start to finish (required).
  • Hands-on experience using CargoWise
