Ocean Import Specialist (Korean bilingual required)\n\nTimpl Group has partnered with one of the nation's top 25 logistics companies to\nrecruit a bilingual Korean Ocean Import Specialist as below:\n\nMain Responsibilities:\n\n Communicate with overseas agents to initiate ocean import processing.\n Customs clear importing goods through customs brokerage.\n Consolidate or deconsolidate containers when necessary.\n Research and select various vendors/agents and arrange timely ground\n transportation delivery.\n Track the delivery status and communicate information with applicable\n parties.\n Handle accounting tasks. (AP/AR/Closing/ etc.)\n Input servicing information onto the internal system.\n Prepare and report service activities to Ocean Import Part/Team manager(s).\n Troubleshoot customer's inquiries.\n Other ad-hoc projects as requested by management\n\nQualifications:\n\n Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.\n Good written and verbal communication skills\n Ability to work in a fast-paced environment\n Proficiency in MS Office Products\n Bilingual (English/Korean)\n Must be authorized to work in the State without any sponsorship
