Immediate opening for a Export Customer Service-Traffic Coordinator in Compton, CA who possesses:

  • 2+ Years in Customer Service in Ocean Export familiar with Traffic processes
  • Calling, Confirming and tracking freight and schedules
  • Familiar with Ocean Shipping Terms and Documents & NVOCC process is a +
  • Outlook - Proficient in Computers


 

FULL DESCRIPTION: This position would assist our Export Customer Service department with Traffic and preparing loads for CFS. Duties will be calling and booking carriers, tracking and tracing and updating schedules.

 

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Calling and booking with carriers
  • Tracking and tracing
  • Preparing loads for CFS (Container Freight Station)
  • Confirming HAZ (Hazardous Materials) have been approved
  • Updating sailing schedules
  • Contacting shippers for documentation

Salary Range: $21.00 - $22.00/hour
