On-site role Mon-Fri (w/1 hour lunch)

Not your typical face to face, retail customer service job. No sales. We have a separate team for that.

What our Ocean Export - Customer Service Representative Team does:

  • Respond to customer inquiries for export cargo both via email and telephone
  • Create, amend or transfer export bookings utilizing appropriate Systems and Guidelines
  • Communicate cross functionally to manage customer expectation, equipment and space availability and escalate to direct management as required
  • Promote utilization of OOCL online tools

Candidate preferred (NOT required) skills:

  • Customer Service Experience
  • Attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • 0-25+ years of experience welcome!
