Job description

Our company is looking for an experienced Car Wash Assistant Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a car wash facility. Seeking highly motivated, energetic, individual for our state-of-the-art car wash.

Responsibilities:

  • Hands on experience in managing and working with car wash equipment and detergents. Operate equipment in a safe and appropriate manner, including preventative and regular daily maintenance. Conduct visual inspections of vehicle conditions along with issue reporting.
  • Up-sell monthly Wash Clubs to generate a loyal customer clientele. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills a must.
  • Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the car wash and Crew Members.
  • Prolonged periods standing. Must be able to lift up to 50ย pounds at times. -
  • Able to stand for long hours and willing to work in various weather conditions. Physical activities, such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching and directing traffic.
  • Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates (Including Fridays & Saturdays)

Experience:

  • Prior experience working in a full-service car wash. Knowledge of the carwash business and a mechanical aptitude
  • Candidates must have previous customer service experience and hardworking skills in order to be considered for this position
  • Strong desire to provide exceptional customer service experiences
  • Valid driver's license (required)

This is a full-time position with incentives.
