Telephone Customer Service Representative

Job Description

The role:

As a Telephone Customer Service Representative the responsibilities include generating and overseeing appointments for sales and service prospects from incoming phone call leads. The ability to respond to inbound phone call inquiries to develop customer trust and generate customer visits to our dealership. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and produce referrals. The Representative interacts daily with the Sales Managers, Sales Associates, Service Advisors, staff members and customers. Telephone performance and accountable for call volume is key.

Prior Call center/sales experience preferred but not required. Must be comfortable speaking on the phone to customers and answering a high volume of calls.
