Job description

Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana seeks energetic, self-motivated, dynamic professionals to join its expanding team. The Customer Care Representative will assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, mostly through telephone customer service support and the arranging of customer home pick-ups. Additional responsibilities will include supporting drivers with maps to donor locations and completing paperwork as needed.
