Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an entry Level and experienced Export Coordinator opportunities in Humble, TX. The Export Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of ocean export shipments, communicating with customers and vendors, monitoring shipment schedules, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Export documentation and ocean export skills
  • Coordinate all activities related to pick up cargo from any point in the USA and delivery to the ports of export, Request Bookings, AES filing, export Documentation I.E. MBL, HBL, Dock Receipts, Commercial Invoices, etc...
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics platforms. 
  • Experienced in supply chain management, logistics, or related field preferred.
  • Always Willing to expand their knowledge working with Domestic and International freight Transportation Services.
  • Inland freight coordinating experience with trucking and Freight Forwarding Operations.
  • Communicate daily with warehouse staff, receive Material Receipts and provide container stuffing and export packing instructions.
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, communicate with professional business ethics and efficiently as a team.
  • Commodities Transported – Used heavy machinery, road building machinery, cranes, drill rigs. mainly all for Construction and Oil & Gas sectors.
  • Activities will include Communicate efficiently with staff members, Management, trucking companies, steamship lines, suppliers, update daily shipment progress to clients.
