Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and personable Entry-Level HR Coordinator to support our HR department. This role is perfect for someone starting their HR career, acting as the primary point of contact for employees regarding onboarding, benefits, and general inquiries. You will help maintain personnel records, assist with recruitment, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Orientation:Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, including background checks, reference checks, and license verification.
  • Record Maintenance:Create and maintain accurate personnel files and compliance documents in accordance with state/federal regulations.
  • Recruitment Support:Post job openings and other TA duties as assigned
  • Employee Relations:Act as the first point of contact for staff inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and policies.
  • Compliance:Track and report to appropriate individuals the reports generated for general HR compliance

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR role, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
