Key Responsibilities:

  • Post payments received through lockbox, which are not accompanied by a corresponding coupon
  • Research payments with incomplete information for posting to the appropriate homeowner/association accounts
  • Post payments which are split among several accounts as necessary
  • Post returned payments to the appropriate homeowner/association accounts
  • Comply with established policies and procedures that meet internal security control standards and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Handle special projects which may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of Accounts Receivable and / or Banking processes
  • Data Entry skills (10 key by touch)
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and productivity standards in a fast paced environment
