The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator is an entry-level safety professional responsible for supporting project teams in maintaining safe and compliant working environments. Reporting to the EHS Manager, this role provides technical assistance, conducts inspections, and promotes safety awareness across Skanska projects. The EHS Coordinator ensures adherence to local, state, and corporate occupational health and safety regulations while serving as a role model for employees and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities include administering elements of the EHS program, conducting site inspections, assisting with incident investigations, maintaining safety documentation, and delivering field training as needed. The Coordinator also supports hazard identification and control, promotes Skanska's Injury-Free Environment (IFE) culture, and contributes to continuous improvement of safety practices.

This position is ideal for individuals with construction or safety-related experience, or recent graduates entering the field. It requires strong communication skills, proficiency with digital tools, and a working knowledge of OSHA and industry safety standards.
