Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Health Safety Environment Coordinator role located in Greenville, AL. The position involves ensuring the workplace adheres to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices. Responsibilities include conducting safety training, implementing safety programs, overseeing workplace safety procedures, and ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) standards. The coordinator will regularly evaluate and enhance safety protocols to promote a secure work environment.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Health & Safety practices and Occupational Health policies
  • Experience with Workplace Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) systems
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective Safety Training programs
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Certifications such as OSHA, CSP, or other related safety qualifications are a plus
  • Proficiency in using tools and systems for safety reporting and compliance tracking is an advantage
