The Role
  • Entry-level Associate Customer Success Manager (ACSM) role supporting CSI
  • Hybrid role combining:
    • Microbiology / lab work
    • Quality & documentation review
    • Customer support exposure
  • Support an existing Customer Success Manager by taking ownership of lab sampling and operational workstreams

What You'll Do
  • Perform microbiology sampling and lab-related testing activities
  • Review quality documentation and ensure compliance with regulated standards
  • Support customer onboarding, service delivery, and ongoing account needs

  • Work closely with Field Technicians and internal teams to support execution
  • Assist in monitoring service delivery and identifying potential issues
  • Support customer retention and satisfaction through responsive communication
  • Analyze basic service data and feedback to improve processes

What You Bring
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree REQUIRED in:
    • Biology
    • Microbiology
    • Life Sciences (or related field)
  • 0-1+ years of experience (internships or lab experience strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity or comfort with:
    • Lab environments
    • Microbiology or sampling practices
    • Quality processes and documentation review
