Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Success Intern to join our Strategic Relationship Management team for a 10–12 week summer internship. This role offers hands-on experience supporting customer success initiatives, account growth strategies, and relationship management within a SaaS environment.
As an intern, you will work closely with our Customer Success and Account Management teams to help drive customer satisfaction, support ongoing projects, and identify opportunities for deeper engagement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in Customer Success, Strategic Relationship Management (SRM), or Account Management, while gaining exposure to growth strategy in a fast-paced SaaS organization.
