In this entry level role with Eklego, the Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the Recruitment Team in the process of providing our clients with the best choice of hires to build & sustain their mission-minded workforce.
What you will do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience at every touch point throughout the recruitment process
  • Understand each clients' unique process, staffing and recruitment needs
  • Complete phone screens, schedule interviews, confirm interviews, and conduct references and/or employment verifications
  • Assess applicants' relevant skill, will and culture fit for our partner organizations
  • Maintain data integrity in all programs, including Applicant Tracking System(s)
  • Prioritize customer experience, including internal customers, clients, and candidates, while maintaining a high sense of urgency to accomplish goals and metrics
  • Demonstrate our guiding principles while performing all assigned responsibilities

What you will need to qualify as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate or bachelor's degree; or currently pursuing Secondary education
  • Minimum 1-year of high-volume customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) & able to learn new software as needed
  • Effective & polished interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to contribute collaboratively with our team
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting demands and priorities
