Description:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team and overall recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that our candidates and client groups experience the highest level of customer satisfaction beginning with the interview process through the pre-employment candidate activities.

Location:

This role will be based at our Central Division office in Indianapolis, IN.

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar management including scheduling of interviews in-person and virtually as well as coordinating travel, hotel and transportation for candidates
  • Prepare all candidate correspondence including interview confirmation details, interview follow-up and reimbursements
  • Provide support for the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing, contacting applicants to determine qualifications and interest level; and scheduling candidate with appropriate recruiter
  • Initiate background, drug check and physical process
  • Effectively communicates both verbally and in writing with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters
