Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruiting and hiring efforts. This internship provides hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, candidate engagement, sourcing strategies, employer branding, and recruiting operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.

The Talent Acquisition Intern will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR professionals to help attract and hire top talent while delivering an excellent candidate experience.


What will you do?
  • Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels
  • Review resumes and help identify qualified candidates for open positions
  • Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain interview schedules
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Post and manage job advertisements across recruiting platforms
  • Support recruiting events, career fairs, and university outreach initiatives
  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure candidate data accuracy
  • Assist with recruitment reporting and talent pipeline tracking
  • Support employer branding and social media recruiting initiatives
  • Conduct market and compensation research as assigned
  • Perform administrative and project-based support for the Talent Acquisition team
