Acentra Health is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner, Entry to join our growing team.
Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner (Entry-Level) is an important member of the Talent Acquisition team and is responsible for supporting recruiting activities throughout the hiring process. The incumbent will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to assist with sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and applicant tracking activities. This role provides foundational recruiting support while developing talent acquisition knowledge and experience, helping the organization identify qualified candidates and deliver a positive candidate experience in support of business hiring objectives.
Responsibilities:
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers in gathering basic job requirements and understanding assigned open positions.
  • Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, social networking sites, diversity sources, and other approved recruiting platforms.
  • Help identify and share qualified candidate profiles with recruiters or hiring managers for review.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and assist with scheduling phone screens, interviews, and follow-up communications.
  • Participate in screening candidates for assigned roles using established criteria and guidance from senior recruiters or hiring managers.
  • Serve as a positive representative of the company by providing a professional and responsive candidate experience.
  • Create and maintain requisitions, candidate records, interview activity, and applicant flow information in the HR System/Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ensure candidate information is entered accurately and updated in a timely manner.
  • Assist with recruiting reports, tracking, and administrative tasks to support compliance with established department procedures.
  • Read, understand, and follow corporate policies, including policies related to HIPAA and Privacy and Security Rules.
  • Perform other recruiting, sourcing, and talent acquisition support duties as assigned.

The list of accountabilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other education- and experience-related duties that management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 0-2 years of related experience in recruiting, human resources, customer service, administrative support, staffing, or a related field.

Experience in Lieu of Degree
For non-clinical roles, or when not required by the contract specifically, the Company acknowledges that practical, hands-on experience can provide skills and competencies equivalent to formal education. As such, in cases where a Bachelor's degree may be required, the Company will accept a minimum of six (6) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree. In instances where the candidate has an Associate's degree, the Company will accept a minimum of three (3) years of directly relevant professional experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree.
