A.R. Mazzotta is hiring Production Associates for a manufacturer in the Portland area. If you're dependable, enjoy staying active, and are looking for a full-time opportunity to gain new skills, this could be a great fit.

This is a temporary assignment with the potential for extension based on business needs. Training is provided, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in manufacturing.

Convenient commute from: Portland, East Hampton, Middletown, Cromwell, Glastonbury, Marlborough, Colchester, Hebron, Rocky Hill, Wethersfield, East Hartford, and surrounding Connecticut communities.

  • Assist with other production duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • No previous manufacturing experience required – training is provided
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Comfortable following Standard Operating Procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and a dependable work ethic
Physical Requirements
  • Stand throughout the shift, with scheduled breaks every two hours
  • Lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds as needed
  • Perform repetitive bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting throughout the workday
